Trouble Accessing the Portal?
If you’re unable to register or log in, it’s likely because there is no email associated with your account. To resolve this, please submit a request using the following link.
When you become a member, you are given a membership #. This membership # will be used to access the owner's portal and app. To log into the portal simply add your membership # and your password. Your default password will be your last name all lower case.
In this example the membership # is: 1234567 and the member's last name is Smith. We will enter 1234567 and smith (lower case) into the login section.

Once you log into the portal for the first time you'll be prompted to change your password:

Spouses, Dependents and Additional Authorized Members
Your spouse, dependents and additional authorized members have their own membership numbers. Examples: 1234567A, 1234567B. They will need to do the same process to access their account within the member portal.
Mandatory: Your spouse, dependents and additional authorized members must have their own unique email associated within their own membership account for them to login as them.
In this example we'll have the spouse of member Smith log into the portal using 1234567A and smith (lowercase) to access the portal and will be prompted to change their password.
