Suggestions for Owners Wishing to Sell Their Lot.

Suggestion 1: Contact a local realtor to list your property.

Suggestion 2: Call the Chamber of Commerce for a list of local realtors: The Retreat – Cleburne, Texas: (817) 645-2455

Suggestion 3: Advertise your property in a city newspaper such as the Dallas Morning News or the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, or promote it on social media sites.

Suggestion 4: Contact our mortgage company, United Equitable Mortgage Corporation. They can provide you with the names and addresses of neighboring property owners who may be interested in purchasing your lot, allowing you to reach out to them directly.

Suggestion 5: List your lot for sale on Craigslist or other social media platforms.

Please Note: Per the Property Owner Questionnaire, as the developer, we have no obligation to assist our Property Owners in selling their property, and there is currently no buyback program. Additionally, as stated in the Covenants and Restrictions, “For Sale” signs are not permitted on lots for sale. Signage is allowed only on lots with a home, and any such sign must read “Offered By.”
