Eagle Rock: Setting up ACH-EFT Auto Draft/How to Remove or Update
To create a new Auto Draft using ACH-EFT payment option, you must first setup a new ACH-EFT account within the portal.

1. Log In – Access the NorthStar member portal using your credentials.
2. Navigate to ERCA – Select the "POA - Make Payment"
3. Select Manage POA ACH Accounts

4. Select Create New

5. Fill out all the mandatory information. Ensure you check the "Sign up for Recurring payments automatically" and update what you'd like to have paid with this account (your POA, and or Interval Ownership) and select Save.

The saving process will take a few seconds to complete for its establishing connection to your bank account to verify it's a valid account. If you receive an error message, please ensure your banking information is correct. Please contact your bank if you keep receiving error messages when trying to save this information for there might be restrictions on your account and your bank may need verification for security purposes.
Update Existing ACH-EFT
If you already have an ACH-EFT account established and want to modify if simply go click on the red edit box from the ACH-EFT account page.

From here modify anything you need to change and select save.
