Eagle Rock: ERCA and Interval Ownership Billing Cycle and Due Dates

ERCA:

We bill owners twice a year:

January Billing: Charges are applied on January 2nd, and payment is due by January 28th.
July Billing: Charges are applied on July 1st, and payment is due by July 28th.

Interval Ownership:

We bill owners every quarter as follows:

1st Quarter: Charges are applied on January 2nd, with payment due by January 28th.
2nd Quarter: Charges are applied on April 1st, with payment due by April 28th.
3rd Quarter: Charges are applied on July 1st, with payment due by July 28th.
4th Quarter: Charges are applied on October 1st, with payment due by October 28th.
