Eagle Rock: How to print your ERCA Statement

Below are instructions on how to print out your POA Statement(s) via the owners portal.

Steps:

1. Log into your owners portal, and select ERCA from the top section

2. Select the month you want to print

3. Click on Print Statement

Note: Once you click on "print statement" it will take about 20 seconds to download the file.

4. The PDF file will typically pop up on the top right of your browser. If not, please check the location where you have your downloads to be saved.

5. Open your PDF file and print.
