How to Make a One-Time Payment via the NorthStar Portal

1. Log In – Access the NorthStar portal using your credentials.

2. Navigate to ERCA – From the main menu, select the "POA - Make Payment"

1. Select the correct tab you'd like to pay (if you have multiple tabs this means you have multiple properties or Interval Ownerships)

2. Select your type of payment. If you need to manage\add\remove your ACH-EFT and or Credit Card click here for instructions.

3. Click on Make Payment

1. Select Approve to process payment

5. Confirmation – You will receive a confirmation message or email once the payment is processed.
